  • Support identification, valuation & prioritization of strategic initiatives
  • Consolidate a coherent and executable Strategy TO BE

  • Support structural adaptation for execution
    (PMO, Business Development Center, Transformation Unit)
  • Connect strategy with operational constraints and capabilities

Strategic Governance & Decisions

  • Structure executive decision logic and prioritization
  • Clarify accountability, ownership and execution governance
  • Align incentives, KPIs and management systems with strategy

Leadership & Capability Development

  • Executive coaching during strategy generation & execution
  • Strengthen leadership behaviors required across S(re)GP phases
